Job Application
Candidates wishing to apply for a job in our company may closely follow our active postings and open positions displayed on kariyer.net and respond by applying for any positions they feel themselves suitable for. Applications are then evaluated by the Human Resources Department.
Hiring Process
In order to meet the company’s personnel requirements, the Human Resources Department evaluates all general applications from a variety of sources such as those from www.kariyer.net as well as general applications received via fax, e-mail and data sources such as newspaper advertisements and consultants, taking into account technical competencies; thereafter, suitable candidates are invited to attend job interviews. At this stage, applicant’s both technical competencies and behavioural skills are evaluated. In cases where the first interview is deemed successful, the candidates are invited back for a second interview with the relevant departments. If and when the related department confirms the suitability of the candidate for the position, the placement process begins.
Employee Performance Evaluation
Every employee is subjected to an annual “Performance Evaluation” conducted once a year. During the employee performance evaluation, the realization rate of annual targets, the disciplined working habits, the eagerness, the attendance record and the professional development of the employee are evaluated, providing a full assessment on each employee concerned. These evaluation criteria are taken into account when considering employees’ pay rises, development and promotion to a new position in the company.
